Quality standards

 

I adhere to the following standards:

1. All reports comply with Civil Procedure Rules (part 35.10 and relevant Practice Directions)

2. Appointments are given within four months of instruction.  If on occasion this time limit cannot be maintained due to holidays or sickness then instructing solicitors will be notified of the first available date and asked to confirm acceptability.

3. Reports are dictated immediately after consultation and typed, signed and despatched within 10 working days.

4. In exceptional circumstances urgent appointments can sometimes be given within 2-4 weeks.

5. Clients are usually seen in their own home.
